I was told from another forum that I could get a beta of PHPBB3 here, if so, where is the download?

There will be no release of phpBB 2.2. This version on the dev-board is as good as it is ever going to get so stop asking and stop waiting.

Thank you, that was more info than I had been able to get before. Project starting now and release after phpBB 2.2 pins down the timing a lot more than from what I knew before.
