Yes, but a private discussion with P_I recommended posting the request here.

Feature Request – Incorporate Elasticsearch search backend into core
Please add Elasticsearch to the search backend core code. My board has been using phpBB since 2.x with a postgreSQL database. We have grown frustrated with the limitations and problems encountered with the phpBB native and postgreSQL search backends. We have recently changed to the Sphinx search bac...

Re: [PHPBB3-16207] Require cookies for sessions
Since updating to phpBB 3.2.8, I consistently receive the error message when attempting a login from the board index on my production server (high traffic volume). I can not reproduce the problem with my localhost test environment (single user). Can this problem be emulated with a localhost test env...

Re: phpBB 3.2.7-RC1 released
I have no problems updating my production database from 3.2.5 to 3.2.7-RC1. I followed the recommending update procedure using the full install package. Environment: localhost (testing) OS: Fedora Linux (x86_64) PHP: 7.2.17 Database: postgreSQL 10.7 Regarding 3.2.6 - My attempt to upgrade from 3.2.5...

Re: phpBB 3.2.5-RC1 released
I have successfully updated from 3.2.4 to 3.2.5-RC1, but I have a concern about the cache/ directory. Test environment: localhost Database: PostgreSQL 9.2.23, size: 27 GB PHP: 7.1.22 OS: Fedora Linux release 28 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 core) - desktop for testing Memory driver...

Re: [Redesign] User Online Banner
I went for the Online (only) icon. A simple green circle would work. Adding the radial points takes more space and may not look good in other styles. The Offline icon is unclear on meaning. it should be a solid red circle, but having "no icon" says it best. This is consistent with the corn...

Re: [Redesign] User Online Banner
Please don't break usability by selecting the wrong icon. Glowing or other attention-getting effects simply don't work in the prosilver scheme. I recommend reviewing Google's material design guidelines: Accessibility I like hanakin's idea to have a simple red or green circle to the right of the user...

Re: Has someone been updating Area51's board software?
This site has definitely been modified, as the board login security dropped to insecure http://.
I was about to submit a bug tracker report and checked one last time. Within the last few minutes of this post time, https:// protocol was restored.
