Dude... Why waste time on removing something which is being used? I would agree if it was a discussion about adding functionality, but this isn't. Because phpBB has the look and feel of software that is a decade and a half old as it is. Leaving outdated features, language, icons, etc just continues...

If WLM is mainland China only, then it should be removed. Obscure, outdated, or country-specific programs should not all have separate fields.
